Methodology: COREbreathwork
An intervention protocol based on embodied experience and biological autonomy. The method is centered on three technical pillars:
Regulation of the 5 Transverse Diaphragms: Synchronization of muscular chains and lymphatic flow.
Deconstruction of the Armoring: Release of chronic tension through a clinical somatic approach.
Nervous System Mastery: Training of will and presence within high-intensity states.
"The only real way to learn is through one's own experience."
How does it work?
Connect with your strengths, learn to process your emotions, and reconnect with yourself through the power of COREbreathwork deep meditation. I designed this meditation to teach you how to focus. Almost anyone can follow a real train of thought for half an hour, right? We enter this world taking a breath, and our last act on Earth is to take one more.
Your breath, core muscles, voice, attention, and awareness are all essential for being present. These processes are directly connected to our five senses from conception, with information saved in your tendons, muscles, and nerves. To restore your natural functions, the path lies in unifying breath, voice, and hearing, alongside your other vital internal connections. These elements are interconnected, functioning simultaneously, and mastering this is a profound journey.
With every breath, you create space in your body, and with the intentional use of your awareness, you process whatever emotion is inside of you that you left inconclusive.
In my experience is only with consistent practice that you get to know yourself and be faster than your triggers.
Using the breath as a tool to learn to process the emotions that trigger anxiety, panic attacks, worriessome, and tiredness.
Learn to use your breath, the meridians of the body, the muscle reaction, the visceral emotion, and your present attention. Increase your creativity and compassion, learn to love and forgive, learn to live through your madness, anger, fear, and pain, and be present.
How can the mind-body awareness cultivated in meditation be used to deepen the effectiveness of somatic therapy?
The mind-body awareness cultivated through meditation significantly deepens the effectiveness of somatic therapy by enhancing a client's ability to recognize and process body-held emotions. Meditation fosters heightened sensitivity to internal sensations, making it easier to identify subtle physical cues that correspond to emotional states. Furthermore, meditation practices, particularly those focused on breath and present-moment awareness, regulate the nervous system, creating a safer and more grounded space for trauma processing. This increased grounding helps clients remain anchored in the present, preventing them from becoming overwhelmed by past experiences and facilitating a more integrated and transformative therapeutic journey.
So how do we release stress, pain, or even trauma?
Trauma isn't simply the event itself; it's the residue it leaves within us. Trauma manifests as persistent behavioral patterns stemming from our pain—that inner voice that disrupts our peace. Ironically, it's often what we most desperately avoid. Healing requires tools to confront these fears in a safe, controlled environment. Only by acknowledging this and understanding how the body stores and expresses trauma can we effectively process unresolved situations and achieve freedom from their hold.
We will use sound, movement, meditation, visualization, and breathwork to relieve anxiety and reconnect with our bodies throughout our work together. Together, we will work to awaken your inner wisdom and inner guidance around processing what lies within you. Likely, you have many years of stored emotions within yourself that affect the way you express and receive joy, love, happiness, tranquility, and comfort, among many other emotional experiences. Together, we will hold space for the rawest version of yourself and nurture the intense experience of repressed emotions and natural expression of yourself.
